If you haven't noticed, the supply of collagen our bodies starts to decline-- at like twenty five. You can look up a list of ascorbic acid rich foods as easily as I can, but we're thinking kiwi, red and blue berries (better organic), just about all citrus, (raw) bell peppers (unsprayed only, please), broccoli, cauliflower and kale.
